I’ve been a fan of Damu the Fudgemunk’s beats since first getting this promo 12″ EP by Flex Matthews (beats by Damu) back in 2003. Dude is crazy nice… I love the Y Society album as well! And if you don’t know, Y Society is Insight (vocals) and Damu (beats). I hear they have a new album on the way…
Oh, and that Flex Mathews Maxi-Single I’m talkin about is called “The Handsome Granson” and it came out in 2004/2005 (The vinyl jacket is stamped Feb. 11, 2005). For whatever reason, it’s NOT listed on Discogs.
