Look what I found back, my amateur recordings of the Alchemist, Just Blaze, DJ Premier & Nick Javas show in Paris some months ago. You can see Nick Javas and DJ Premier doing a soundcheck while Just Blaze is filming in the background for his personal memories I guess. Once again thanks to Preem for inviting me (and my friends) over and shouting me out for whole Paris lol. Here you have a more professional look on how things went:
DJ Premier-produced “I’m Gone” closes the album. It was produced the day Guru died and is triumphantly somber with punctuating piano but an immensely chunky string and hard drum create the perfect storm of malevolent sorrow.
My man Pelle from Denmark went to USA and got this on tape last week. Big props to Torae. His next album will feature Pete Rock, Marco Polo and DJ Premier.
New video of MC Eiht upcoming album “Which Way Is West”. Out this summer…
Props to Leedz Edutainment x Clockwork Music x D.Gomez Films x Hatim.
Props to Year Round Records.
Some footage I shot. Crazy Belgians. Nick Javas didn’t made London today due to the volcano ash, DJ Premier did his best and could take a seat at a plane to Paris and than he went on the train to London.
Here are my friend his public pictures he took of the show in Paris last friday. Big shout out to Biggest Gord, DJ Premier and Nick Javas to give us this opportunity. Believe me, it was legendary. And Paris took it! (click on the picture to view)
