I know the peeps from The Netherlands are now waiting a couple of years already to go see DJ Premier again. I got some good news, he is coming to Amsterdam on 28/03/2009. The venue is the famous “Melkweg” and the price is only €8 pre. He is featured as special guest. I won’t go, saw him already a couple of times. Only if he plays in Belgium!

This shit is crazy.’ There’s certain records you get calls on, ’cause you can feel the energy. That was one record, that I told him was big. He’s not into names. He don’t care who produces the track. So when this particular record hit the streets, the feedback was so fuckin’ monstrous, it was like, ‘Know what Fif? You’ve got to finish this song.’ So we’re working on that now. Loool, I’m almost ashamed to post this, but I think “American Black Man” is finally getting released this season. Bumpy released some days ago a new song called “Yes You Can” with the tags “American Black Man coming soon…”. I really hope so! The album of the Gang Starr Foundation member will contain productions by Alchemist, Pete Rock, DJ Premier and himself. The album was first announced to be released the first quarter of 2005. Also he got an album made in three days with KRS-One that also should be released anytime, the productions are from Freddie Foxxx himself. Besides that he is also doing an album fully produced by DJ Premier with old and new joints. And he even said he was going to do a full album with Pete Rock if he could.
