M.O.P. – What I Wanna B (Feat. Rell)

Here we have it, the new M.O.P. track produced by DJ Premier for their upcoming album “The Foundation“. There was a little confusing in the beginning but now it’s for sure. The problem is that the tracklist on “The Foundation” is wrong. The label fucked that up. Too bad it’s only one song, but this is what we were all waiting for so enjoy:

M.O.P. The Foundation Sampler

“We got Statik Selektah. We got me, I’m doing some production. We got DR Period. We also got DJ Premier.” Of Premier, he added that it was a wonderful experience to link back up with the fellow New York vet. “It’s beautiful, man. We tried to get some more from him but we didn’t have time.”

Deams – The Legacy Intro (Feat. DJ Premier)

Deams is coming with an EP, and every real hip hop head will know it!! Now as I look to the poll I see a lot of people are between 20-25 years so I wouldn’t blame you if you didn’t know Deams immediately. But most of you don’t need the introduction like always hehe. Deams is the first international artist of the Gang Starr Foundation, born and raised in The Netherlands he released a single with his friend Allstar Fresh (who is a very famous DJ over here).

Later he moved to New York city and become Netherlands first MCs in the New York hip hop scene, lived in the same house as DJ Premier, Guru and Jeru the Damaja when they were all making their debut… He got into Zulu Nation thanks to Afrika Bambaata himself and in the Gang Starr Foundation where he got one single, produced by Guru. The single is still considered as an underground classic, the 12inch is still growing in price! For those who wanna know why we didn’t heard more about Deams at that time was because he had to move back to The Netherlands due to difficulties with his green card.

(This is the remix version which isn’t produced by Guru, the woman in the limo is former porn star Heather Hunter)

Now more then ten years later Deams is finally having his debut EP “The Legacy“, you could say he almost did the same struggle as Percee P in a way. The EP has featurings like Jeru the Damaja, Big Daddy Kane, Ice-T, De La Soul and even more. He even got a beat by DJ Premier for his intro, who can say he has a intro by Premo with Preems voice and scratches on it? Man, this shit is going to be crazy. Specially for Europe! Support this shit, if you are going to buy the new Jay-Z album then you need to cop this album too haha. Judge yourself! Enough talk, I would like to thank Deams himself to give me the opportunity to exclusively release this Premo beat on my blog, big up!! Enjoy the fire yourself:

You can hear the first single with Big Daddy Kane here. The single will be released on a limited colored 12inch vinyl for the real heads. For more info go to Deamsmusic.com or go follow him on twitter: twitter.com/Deams . You can always ask him questions, he’s a very friendly guy.

THE LEGACY EP COMING 09-09-09!! SUPPORT!!

Royce Da 5’9″ – Hood Love (Feat. Bun B) (Mixtape)

Some shitty DJ has released this DJ Premier produced track which isn’t finished yet just to get a rep, made lame. The track itself is too crazy, it could be one of Premo’s hottest tracks this year… Only too bad it’s getting leaked that way, just don’t support that shit. Wiggers are everywere, this DJ should just stayed at kiddy rap… What is the fucking point of yelling ‘Southern Smoke’ all the time, you think we’re deaf or something? Is it a swag? What about Eastern Smoke, is that more dangerous? I specially hate it when their mixtape covers are so photoshop money bitches bling bling insanity, that isn’t the way to get money, stay real. I know what I want, that is some Dutch smoke.

It’s labeled as a Bun B track on the track list, but I think it’s a new track from Royce Da 5’9″ upcoming album “Street Hop“? We don’t know if Bun B is making a new album, but we do know Royce have a couple of more tracks with Preem that aren’t released yet! As I said before, lets wait for a proper release by a legit man!

Slaughterhouse – DJ Premier Phone Call Skit

So DJ Premier is on the new Slaughterhouse album! With a phone skit!! Finally we can now wait on the new Royce da 5’9″ with three new Premo bangers…

Slaughterhouse – DJ Premier Phone Call Skit

Nick Javas – Opportunity Knocks (Radio Rip)

What do we have here? It’s the first official joint by Nick Javas on Year Round Records and produced by the one and only DJ Premier, no joke! And it’s not just a random hip hop track, it has a different concept thought by Nick Javas where he is trying to impress Preem with his lines. After every part Premo reacts with his scratches where Nick Javas reacts again! I assure you’re not going to forget this track so fast. And it feels so right that Preem tracks are getting leaked on the right blog hehe. “Destination Unkown” is coming, not soon, but coming with DJ Premier, Marco Polo, Statik Selektah and probably more… Enjoy!!

Nick Javas – Opportunity Knocks (Radio Rip)

NYGz – Ready (Radio Rip)

Like I said: NYGz weekend on DJPremierBlog! DJ Premier talked about this record before, it was the beat that 50 Cent rejected but then suddenly used as a loop due to fans request called “Shut Ur Bloodclot Mouth“. When 50 Cent rejected the beat Preem gave it to NYGz for their upcoming album. Now we have the full version of the track and it’s fiiiiiiiire. Lol, you could use 50 cent part and add it on the track, then you have NYGz featuring 50 Cent, yeaaaaaaaaah!! I should do PR. And do you remember me saying it would be dope to have a track with the full Year Round Records roster (I wroted it in the comments)? Well, that track is in the making and is going to be released on “Pros N Cons“, and each artist will have a different beat yaya! Even Shabeeno and Panchi! WORD! Now enjoy the second leak of “Pros N Cons” “Ready“:

NYGz – Ready (Radio Rip)

NYGz – Gangstaz of New York (Prod. by Thorotracks)

I think I’m going to need to change my blog name into Year Round Records blog, cause I have a new NYGz track for y’all. The group is next on the roster of Year Round Records label by DJ Premier. There album is going to call “Pros N Cons” and will be enterily produced by Premo! The release date is fall 2009, but we all know… Now this track isn’t produced by Preem so I don’t know if we’ll see an official release of it? It’s produced by Thorotracks or something like that. Uploaded on request, here for everybody and believe me, it’s going to be NYGz weekend!

Seven – Go Slow (Feat. Talib Kweli) (DJ Premier Remix)

Like I did with Laura Izibor (which I already have on 12inch), just bought the track. It’s only one euro! After the snippet now the full track, another DJ Premier Blog exclusive and Talib Kweli sounds sooooooo dope!! I want more Talib DJ Premier!! Seven did a great job hiring Premo for a remix, props but he should put the instrumental on the vinyl version! Now enjoy the full version, be open minded, but you already know it won’t sound boom bap. But another fine remix delivered right here! Maybe it’s the style Preem used for Christina Aguilera album? Who knows…

Seven – Go Slow (Feat. Talib Kweli) (DJ Premier Remix)

Support!

And who of the kids is going to be first to upload it on youtube?

Maaaaaaan, I love it. I won’t say this often, but Premier got it in him to produce good rnb tracks. Ofcourse I can see for those who don’t like rnb and soul that they won’t like it, but you got to recognize his remixes are always on point!
